Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move heavy items safely.
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify Deliveries: check incoming shipments against invoices and inspect material condition.
• Inventory Management: log quantities using inventory software.
• Loading/Unloading: move materials in/out of vehicles and deliver to technicians/installers.
• Stock Control: keep detailed records and maintain accurate overview for management.
• Cycle Counts: perform regular inventory counts to keep data current.
• Organize Stock: store materials in correct locations and keep warehouse clean.

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in the receiving, organizing, and distributing of materials — keeping everything on track and our customers satisfied. You’ll work under direct supervision, but your impact will be felt company-wide.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Verify Deliveries: Check all incoming shipments for accuracy against invoices, ensuring top condition of materials. Perform random inventory spot checks.
• Inventory Management: Log quantities and details of items received or distributed using our inventory software.
• Loading/Unloading: Move materials in and out of vehicles safely and efficiently. Deliver parts to technicians/installers as needed.
• Stock Control: Keep detailed records of stocked items and maintain an accurate overview for management.
• Cycle Counts: Perform regular inventory counts to ensure data is always up to date.
• Organize Stock: Store materials in their correct locations to maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
