Job summary

Precision Garage Doors is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, organizing, and distributing materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to technicians and installers.

You will verify deliveries, log inventory, operate warehouse equipment, and maintain safe, clean storage areas while following company procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
• Ability to lift/move heavy items safely
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory systems

Join our team and help keep our warehouse operations running like a well-oiled machine! As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in the receiving, organizing, and distributing of materials — keeping everything on track and our customers satisfied. You’ll work under direct supervision, but your impact will be felt company-wide.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Verify Deliveries: Check all incoming shipments for accuracy against invoices, ensuring top condition of materials. Perform random inventory spot checks.
• Inventory Management: Log quantities and details of items received or distributed using our inventory software.
• Loading/Unloading: Move materials in and out of vehicles safely and efficiently. Deliver parts to technicians/installers as needed.
• Stock Control: Keep detailed records of stocked items and maintain an accurate overview for management.
• Cycle Counts: Perform regular inventory counts to ensure data is always up to date.
• Organize Stock: Store materials in their correct locations to maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
