Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Colorado Springs location. You will greet customers, pick orders, load/unload trucks, and use RF scanners to track products through the TWL system.

Ideal candidates have prior warehouse experience, are energetic, and can lift up to 70 lbs. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and maintaining a clean, safe work space.

Qualifications

• Prior material-handling or warehouse experience (preferred).
• High integrity and high energy.
• Experience in building products and warehouse operations is strongly desired.
• Ability to lift boxes and building materials weighing up to 70+ lbs.
• Experience with deadlines and adapting to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, pick tickets, and load/unload customer and company trucks.
• Utilize handheld RF scanners to move, track, and manage products through the Warehouse Management System (TWL).
• Verify accuracy of orders picked and shipments received.
• Lift and move boxes of building materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Keep warehouse clean and orderly.

• Ability to work in a team and/or one-on-one with our customers
• Ability and willingness to lift boxes and building materials weighing as much as 70+ lbs
• Experience with a forklift is a plus
• Ability to work successfully under the pressure of deadlines and to accept new ways of doing business

A Warehouse Associate's day usually begins around 7:00 AM -- sometimes earlier -- and ends at approximately 4:30 PM -- Monday through Friday, generally no weekend work (hours may vary by location)
