Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn warehouse processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read pick tickets and basic written instructions.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners or willing to learn.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications using pick lists, RF scanners, or paper tickets.
• Verify product type, quantity, and quality against order documentation before packing.
• Pack items securely using appropriate boxes and packing materials to prevent damage.
• Label, seal, and stage completed packages for outbound shipment.
• Restock packing stations with supplies as needed and assist with inventory counts.
• Support team members in maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

Location: Hunt Valley, MD 21031
Employment Type: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment.

This role is responsible for accurately picking products, packing orders securely, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate orders on time.

Shift Availability

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Schedules may be subject to operational needs. Overtime or schedule adjustments may be required based on business demands.

Compensation & Schedule

• 1st Shift Pay: $15.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift Pay: $15.50 per hour
• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Overtime may be required based on business needs

What You’ll Do

• Pick products from warehouse shelves and bins according to order specifications using pick lists, RF scanners, or paper tickets
• Verify product type, quantity, and quality against order documentation before packing
• Pack items securely using appropriate boxes, void fill, and packing materials to prevent damage during transit
• Label, seal, and stage completed packages for outbound shipment

Quality & Accuracy

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining quality standards
• Inspect products for damage or defects and report issues to the shift supervisor
• Ensure all orders are completed accurately before shipment

Warehouse Operations Support

• Restock packing stations with supplies as needed
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and general warehouse duties
• Support team members in maintaining efficient warehouse operations

Safety & Organization

• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Report safety concerns or operational issues to management

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Prior warehouse, fulfillment, production, or distribution experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and be trained on warehouse processes and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to read and understand pick tickets, labels, and basic written instructions
• Comfortable using handheld scanners or willing to learn
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
