• Ability to lift, carry, and move parts and materials weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Fills in as delivery driver as needed.
• Fill orders from multiple departments and locations.
• Stocks items needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Receives deliveries and stock and verify accuracy of the delivery against invoice.
• Ensure that the required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Attend all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned including parts delivery.

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the handling and packaging of materials and parts for shipping, receiving of incoming materials for distribution, and providing the proper documentation for shipping and receiving. He or she will stage both internal and external orders for pickup, delivery and/or installation. Additionally, this role will require one to fill orders from multiple different departments and stock items that are needed to ensure the warehouse runs efficiently and smoothly. Warehouse Associates will occasionally fill in as delivery drivers when needed. It is important for Warehouse Associates to ensure that all packing slips are present for each delivery. He or she will need to recognize the flow of incoming and outgoing materials necessary to meet productivity goals and ensure the flow of materials in the supply chain is stable.
