TAPP Workforce Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution center in Southaven, TN. This role offers cross-training across receiving, picking, packing, put-away and shipping to build broad fulfillment experience.

You’ll work with RF terminals and WMS tools in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and reliability, with weekend shifts available and pay from $17–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

TAPP Workforce Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associatesfor a busy distribution center inSouthaven, TN. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, learning different areas of warehouse operations, and working as part of a team.

You’ll be cross-trained acrossreceiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping, giving you the opportunity to build experience across the full fulfillment process.

What You'll Do

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship products following established procedures
• Use RF terminals and WMS/menu-driven applications to process orders

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working at a consistent, steady pace — approximately250 picks per hour
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is helpful
• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or menu-driven applications is a plus
• Ability to perform basic math and number matching
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, sit, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to50 lbs.
• Reliable, flexible, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple warehouse functions

Pay & Shifts

• Pay: $21.00/hour
• Saturday-Sunday Weekend: $21.00/hour
