Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship products following procedures.
• Use RF terminals and WMS to process orders.

• Provide quality service to internal and external customers.

Warehouse Associate Memphis, TN | $17–$21/hour | Multiple Shifts Available

TAPP Workforce Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution center in Memphis, TN. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, learning different areas of warehouse operations, and working as part of a team.

You’ll be cross-trained across receiving, picking, packing, put‑away, and shipping, giving you the opportunity to build experience across the full fulfillment process.

What You'll Do

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship products following established procedures
• Use RF terminals and WMS/menu-driven applications to process orders
• Maintain established production, pace, and accuracy standards
• Cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, put‑away, and shipping
• Provide quality service to internal and external customers
• Follow OSHA and company safety and loss-prevention policies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working at a consistent, steady pace — approximately 250 picks per hour
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is helpful
• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or menu-driven applications is a plus
• Ability to perform basic math and number matching
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, sit, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, flexible, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple warehouse functions

Pay & Shifts

Pay: $17.00–$21.00/hour depending on shift

• Monday–Friday: Starting at $17.00/hour
• Monday–Thursday Evening: $19.00/hour
• Friday/Saturday/Sunday Weekend: $21.00/hour
