TAPP Workforce Solutions is hiring Equipment Operators for a busy distribution center in Southaven, TN. If you enjoy operating equipment, staying active, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is a great opportunity to build your material-handling skills.

You’ll operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and dock stockers, support inventory accuracy, order processing, and overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized and manual material-handling equipment, including reach trucks, cherry pickers, and dock stockers
• Use RF terminals to support warehouse operating systems and maintain inventory accuracy
• Meet established safety, production, and service-level standards
• Process orders manually when business needs require
• Cross-train on additional equipment and non-equipment warehouse functions
• Support maintenance and other operational projects requiring motorized equipment
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

You’ll operate a variety of equipment, includingreach trucks, cherry pickers, and dock stockers, while also supporting inventory accuracy, order processing, and overall warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

• Operate motorized and manual material-handling equipment, including reach trucks, cherry pickers, and dock stockers
• Use RF terminals to support warehouse operating systems and maintain inventory accuracy
• Meet established safety, production, and service-level standards
• Process orders manually when business needs require
• Cross-train on additional equipment and non-equipment warehouse functions
• Support maintenance and other operational projects requiring motorized equipment
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous equipment operation experience is a plus, buttraining and certification may be available
• Comfortable operating or willing to learn reach trucks, cherry pickers, and dock stockers
• Strong motor coordination and ability to maneuver equipment safely in tight spaces
• Ability to lift up to50 lbs.
• Ability to work safely at heights of up to32 feet
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities
• Reliable, positive, team-first attitude
• Willingness to cross-train and learn multiple warehouse functions

Pay & Shifts

Pay: $20.25/Weekend shift

• Saturday-Sunday Weekend:$20.25/hour
