Job summary

TAPP Workforce Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution center in Southaven, TN. This role offers cross-training across receiving, picking, packing, put-away and shipping to build broad fulfillment experience.

You’ll work with RF terminals and WMS tools in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and reliability, with weekend shifts available and pay from $17–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution is helpful.
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, sit and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, flexible, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship products following established procedures.
• Use RF terminals and WMS/menu-driven applications to process orders.
• Maintain established production, pace, and accuracy standards.
• Cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping.
• Provide quality service to internal and external customers.
• Follow OSHA and company safety and loss-prevention policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
