Job summary

NorthEast Electrical in Claremont, NH is seeking a Full Time Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role operates Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with pay at $20.00 per hour, and involves loading/unloading, packing, labeling, and inventory tasks.

You will work in a safety‑conscious environment with opportunities to grow within the Sonepar family, including benefits such as healthcare, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks; move material safely using forklift, pallet jack, or handcart.
• Count, verify, and log items received and shipped.
• Assemble, package, label, stack and route material for delivery or storage.
• Maintain inventory through cycle counts and stock checks.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain policies; participate in trainings.

What a Typical Day Looks Like In This Role

• Loading and unloading trucks, moving material in a safe manner using forklift, pallet jack, handcart, or other device.
• Count, check, prepare, and record items being received or shipped.
• Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, and route material for safe delivery or storage.
• Complete paperwork, documentation, and data input in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain inventory through cycle counts and stock checks
• Performs maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of NorthEast policies and procedures, general product knowledge, participate in training, and attend meetings as requested.
• Act in a helpful and cooperative manner towards customers and coworkers.
• Must acquire a working knowledge of the Eclipse software support system.
