Job summary

NorthEast Electrical in Claremont, NH is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will load and unload trucks, maintain accurate inventory, and prepare orders for shipment using forklift, pallet jack, and other equipment.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification/experience preferred.
• General warehouse duties including using forklift, pallet jack, or handcart.
• Ability to input data accurately and record items received/shipped.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely with forklift/pallet jack.
• Count, check, prepare, and record items received or shipped.
• Assemble, label, and route materials for delivery or storage.
• Maintain inventory through cycle counts.
• Perform housekeeping and safety duties.
• Acquire working knowledge of NorthEast policies and product knowledge.

What a typical day looks like in this role:

• Loading and unloading trucks, moving material in a safe manner using forklift, pallet jack, handcart, or other device.
• Count, check, prepare, and record items being received or shipped.
• Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, and route material for safe delivery or storage.
• Complete paperwork, documentation, and data input in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain inventory through cycle counts and stock checks
• Performs maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of NorthEast policies and procedures, general product knowledge, participate in training, and attend meetings as requested.
• Act in a helpful and cooperative manner towards customers and coworkers.
• Must acquire a working knowledge of the Eclipse software support system.
