Job summary

NorthEast Electrical, part of the Sonepar family, is hiring for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team member at our Brockton Headquarters. You will handle outbound transfers, picking, packing, and shipping, using RF guns and verifying shipments against POs.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Strong time management to handle daily outbound orders.
• Familiarity with warehouse picking and packing processes.

• Experience using RF scanning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders from tickets and prepare for shipment.
• Pick, pack, and load items; verify against purchase orders.
• Receive inbound products and ensure packaging integrity.
• Scan barcodes with RF guns to track inventory.
• Perform paperwork and data input per procedures.
• Assemble, label, palletize, and route materials for delivery or storage.
• Maintain housekeeping and support other duties as assigned.

NorthEast Electrical is looking for an exceptional team player to join our 2nd Shift Warehouse Team!

Shift: Monday-Friday 6pm Start

Rate:$21/hr

Work Location: Brockton Headquarters

As a member of the Brockton CDC Warehouse Organization, you will be responsible for all warehouse duties related to the Outbound Transfer Department. Duties may include receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of materials as required.

What a day in this role looks like:

• Utilize customer tickets to pull orders accurately and timely.
• Pick, Pack, and load items and prepare for shipment.
• Accurately check and receive inbound products and confirm that the shipment is consistent with the applicable purchase order.
• Check product packaging to ensure that it is neat and intact.
• Utilize RF guns to scan barcodes and labels allowing us to track appropriate inventory levels.

• Complete paperwork, documentation, and data input in accordance with established procedures.
• Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize and routes material for safe delivery or storage.
• General Housekeeping.
• Other projects/duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse in various temperatures.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 70 lbs
• Operating PIT Equipment - Training will be provided.
