Cardinal Health is seeking a warehouse picker in Chandler, AZ. The role runs Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, with overtime beyond the standard shift hours.

Pay rates range from $21.10 to $21.80 per hour, including shift differential, and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, PTO, HSA, 401k, and more are offered. The position involves picking, packing, and shipping products, operating hand-held RF units, and adhering to OSHA standards and company policies.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to operate power industrial trucks (PIT) and rotate into various areas of the warehouse.
• Comfortable working with heights up to 25 feet.
• Aptitude to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting hourly established performance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately pick, pack, ship product.
• Works on routine assignments that require problem resolution.
• Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures.
• Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments.
• Always maintain inventory integrity and product safety.
• Execute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units / scanners.
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization.
• Use required personal protective equipment such as steel toed safety shoes (provided after 90 days), and material handling equipment safety harness
