Job summary

Adecco is hiring Warehouse Associates in Brockton, MA. This is a temp-to-perm role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and a pay rate of $22 per hour.

Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, equipment operation, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the workspace. Candidates should have a high school diploma and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to stand/walk 6–8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer literacy with familiarity using RF scanners or inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload deliveries; verify goods against packing slips.
• Scan, label, and sort products using barcode scanners and WMS.
• Pick, pack, and label customer orders.
• Stage and load outgoing shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment; certify or train as needed.

Adecco is hiring for Warehouse Associates in Brockton! These are temp to perm positions.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 730am-4pm

Pay rate: $22 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Unloading: Unload incoming delivery trucks, inspect goods for damage, and verify accuracy against packing slips and invoices.
• Inventory Management: Scan, label, and sort products into designated storage locations using barcode scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Conduct regular stock counts.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately and efficiently following digital or paper pick lists.
• Shipping & Loading: Stage and load outgoing goods securely onto delivery trucks or shipping containers.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification or willingness to train required).
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and OSHA standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts (6-8 hours), and lift heavy objects (typically up to 50 lbs).
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners or inventory tracking software.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
