Staffmark Group in Blytheville, AR is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the 3rd shift. Pay is $17.00 per hour, with a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You will support picking, packing, shipping, and inventory tasks while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive sheet metal from the production line and place materials onto skids for packaging and shipment.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met.
• Read and interpret work orders to determine packaging specifications.
• Tape, wrap, safeguard, and band sheet metal products and finished coils for storage and shipment.
• Verify the correct product is packaged and prepared according to customer requirements.
• Adapt to changing production schedules and specifications while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform additional production, packaging, and material handling duties as assigned.

• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment, including safety shoes, cut-resistant sleeves, and gloves.
• Ability to work occasional overtime as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
