Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler in Blytheville, AR. The role moves materials safely, supports warehouse operations, and helps ensure inventory reaches the right place at the right time.

You will operate forklifts, read work orders, and maintain a clean, safe work area. The position runs 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM, with competitive pay of $18.00 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders, shipping documents, and safety procedures.
• Basic math and inventory handling skills preferred.
• Forklift operator experience required.
• Experience loading, unloading, staging, and moving materials in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proven reliability and good attendance with solid references.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, stage, store, and transport materials.
• Load outbound trucks accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Operate cranes when trained to handle and position materials.
• Read and interpret work orders to verify correct product movement and shipment.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area at all times.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment, including safety shoes.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet customer and operational demands.
