Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Bensalem, PA is hiring a Warehouse Associate / General Laborer to pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, load and unload trucks, and move materials using pallet jacks. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime opportunities.

The role pays $18–$20 per hour based on experience. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and capable of working well in a team. Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
