Job summary

IWS Group in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Sorter to receive, sort, process, and prepare packages for delivery while maintaining an organized, safe warehouse environment.

This full‑time role offers $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with potential temporary-to-permanent opportunities. You will operate warehouse systems, lift and move packages, and work with a team to meet daily fulfillment goals.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or package-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.
• Forklift/reach-truck experience or certification is a plus.
