Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in West Chester is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role runs Monday to Friday with daytime shifts and focuses on accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

Applicants should be able to lift 40–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods; prior distribution experience is preferred and familiarity with warehouse software or spreadsheets is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments: unload trucks, inspect items for damage/faults
• Store and organize stock: label, shelve, and manage inventory locations
• Pick and pack orders: locate items, prepare shipments for internal field crews or external customers
• Ship and distribute goods: coordinate with carriers, prepare packing lists, ensure documentation
• Maintain inventory accuracy: cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, update WMS or spreadsheets

We're seeking Warehouse Associates in the West Chester area.

Warehouse Associate Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Pay Rate: $18 to 20/hour, depending on experience

Warehouse Associate Job Description:

• Receive incoming shipments: unload trucks, inspect items for damage/faults, verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Store and organize stock: label, shelve, and manage inventory locations.
• Pick and pack orders: locate specified items, prepare shipments for internal field crews or external customers.
• Ship and distribute goods: coordinate with carriers, prepare packing lists, ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy: cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, update warehouse management system or spreadsheets.

Warehouse Associate Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a distribution environment as a picker, packer, or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, pull, push and reach in varying amounts required.
• Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs.
