Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking candidates for a Warehouse/Material Handling role in the United States. The position involves operating heavy equipment including cherry pickers and forklifts, performing warehousing tasks and ensuring accurate parts storage and retrieval.

Job Role

• Use heavy equipment including cherry picker, stand‑up forklifts, sit‑down forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• Perform material handling and warehousing functions.

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation)

• Willing and able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes.
• Willing and able to infrequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor.
• Willing and able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
• Willing and able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes.

Top Candidates will also have:

• 2+ years of continuous employment in industrial assembly or manufacturing.

Compensation & Shift

Entry pay is $19.28/hour. 2nd & 3rd shift receives an additional 8%-night shift premium.

• 1st shift: $19.28/hour
• 2nd shift: $20.82/hour (includes 8%-night shift premium)
• 3rd shift: $20.82/hour (includes 8%-night shift premium)

Shift Schedules

• 1st shift: Option 1: Monday-Thursday, 6 am - 4:30 pm
• 1st shift: Option 2: Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm
• 2nd shift: Option 1: Monday-Thursday, 5 pm - 3:30 am
• 2nd shift: Option 2: Monday-Friday, 3 pm - 11:30 pm
• 3rd shift: Option 1: Sunday-Thursday 11 pm - 7:30 am

Pay Range

$19.28 - $24.12
