Summary of Position

The distribution center staff are essential to ensuring our customers' packages go out looking great and in a timely manner to meet our customers' needs. The individual in this position will serve in a role that will ensure customer satisfaction and help the company achieve its overall goals.

Job Requirements

• Ability to accurately process inbound purchase orders and/or outbound sales orders
• Experience in an organized and structured warehouse or fulfillment center
• Ability to clearly communicate with colleagues from various departments
• Willingness to prioritize quality and perceived value for the customer
• Desire to work as a member of a dynamic and growing team in a collaborative environment
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through neatly packaged shipments
• Receive inbound items on purchase orders and ensure correct items and quantities are delivered
• Restock primary pick locations from overflow or directly from receiving department
• Pick customer orders, ensuring correct items and quantities are pulled
• Follow company guidelines regarding item-specific packaging needs
• Capable of using shipping software for package processing
• Keep work area clean and organized for efficiency and safety

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, striving to meet goals, with a high school diploma or GED, and 1-2 years of experience in a distribution environment.
