We are currently seeking an energetic Warehouse Associate to assist with receiving, storing, and distributing parts, tools, and equipment within our Paducah, KY warehouse.

In this role, you will:

• Obtain work orders and directions from the supervisor and plan daily activities.
• Assist warehouse staff in loading and unloading trucks.
• Deliver parts to customers and technicians as needed.
• Check in materials and match purchase orders with received items.
• Determine items to be shipped or stored by reading and interpreting shipping orders.
• Ensure items are appropriately placed on shelves and racks according to their bin locations.
• Match pulled items with work orders to ensure accuracy.
• Physically move orders from storage areas to packing areas.
• Ensure packaged items are properly and securely placed inside the delivery truck.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform other duties as required by business needs.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing and industrial parts experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crawl.
• Regularly required to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime.
