Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations on a 4-day, 12-hour shift (Wed–Sat, 5 PM–5 AM). You will lead receiving, shipping, inventory control, and frontline staff, driving cost efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

You'll mentor teams, coordinate cross-functional activities, and maintain housekeeping standards while lifting up to 40 lbs and occasionally operating a forklift. Travel <5% may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred, not required.
  • 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma.
  • 2+ years experience supervising front‑line staff in a performance‑driven, challenging environment.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products.
  • Coordinate docks, warehouse layout, and route truck loading patterns to minimize loading time.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet daily sales needs.
  • Lead and motivate your team to solve day‑to‑day operational issues and achieve performance goals.
  • Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes.
  • Communicate and collaborate cross‑functionally.
  • Build people capability through effective employee relations, training and communication for front‑line hourly personnel.
  • Maintain the inventory system to aid in production scheduling.
  • Maintain housekeeping and safety standards and training.
  • Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help the facility meet annual operating plan.
  • You will have a regular presence on the plant floor and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
  • This role may operate a forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally.
  • You may require off‑shift and weekend work with some travel (<5%).

What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by supervising the day-to-day warehouse operations, with a focus on cost efficiency, continuous improvement in processes, service, and safety for an entire business unit across one shift. Our Warehouse Supervisors also coordinate receiving, shipping, and material‑handling responsibilities in the warehouse by supporting frontline staff.

Responsibilities
  • Shift: Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM (4 days per week, 12‑hour shifts)
  • Manage the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely manner
  • Utilize docks, warehouse layout, and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading time
  • Ensure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained to fulfill daily sales needs
  • Provide timely service to the sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costs
  • Develop and motivate your team to solve day‑to‑day operational issues and reach short‑and‑long‑term performance goals
  • Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact
  • Communicate and collaborate cross‑functionally
  • Build people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front‑line hourly personnel
  • Maintain the inventory system to aid in production scheduling
  • Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards and training
  • Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help facility meet annual operating plan

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950.
  • Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
