Heritage Home Services in Worcester, MA is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager / Parts Runner to support daily warehouse operations and ensure timely delivery of parts to technicians and job sites.

You will help with inventory, staging, and logistics while maintaining a safe work environment. The role requires reliability, organization, and a willingness to support installation teams on-site.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, logistics, or construction experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and safely.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and materials.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization.
• Run parts, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Load and unload equipment from trucks and job sites.
• Stage installation jobs for technician pickup or delivery.
• Assist with company vehicle maintenance logistics as needed.
• Support installers, technicians, and the daily replenishment process.
• Maintain a positive attitude and growth mindset.

Are you organized, dependable, and looking to support a fast-paced home services team? Heritage Home Services is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager / Parts Runner to help keep our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical operations running efficiently.

At Heritage, you'll play a key role in warehouse organization, inventory management, job staging, and delivering parts and equipment to technicians and job sites. If you enjoy staying active, supporting a team, and making a direct impact on daily operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role

• Support the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations
