Service Professor in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Warehouse Delivery (Parts Runner) to ensure installers have the right parts and supplies for efficient work. You will stage items for loading, deliver to job sites, and maintain an organized warehouse and vehicle.

Ideal candidates bring warehouse experience and HVAC parts knowledge, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and can lift up to 50 pounds. The role is Monday–Friday with overtime; local travel is required and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment, knowledge of HVAC parts.
• Strong organizational skills; able to work under pressure.

• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Stage parts and equipment for loading onto vehicles to support daily operations.
• Deliver parts, supplies, and equipment to job sites as needed for project completion.
• Monitor and replenish warehouse inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and vehicle, including trash and cardboard removal.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and dispatch regarding parts orders and delivery schedules.
• Accurately read invoices and coordinate with vendors when picking up parts.
• Participate in required meetings and assist with phone inquiries as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule and travel locally as required.Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Position Overview:

In the Warehouse Delivery role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary parts and supplies are available for our installers to complete their work efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, knowledge of HVAC parts, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Your Day-to-Day:

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and climbing throughout the workday. Employees must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds and assist with moving and positioning heavier or bulky parts, equipment, tools, and materials weighing up to 100 pounds. The role requires loading and unloading vehicles, stocking and retrieving inventory, handling warehouse materials, and driving for extended periods while making parts and equipment deliveries. Work may be performed indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, dust, dirt, noise, and other conditions commonly encountered in warehouse, loading, and delivery environments.
