Job summary

Super Service Today is seeking a dependable Parts Runner / Shop Assistant to help keep HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations running smoothly. You will pick up and deliver parts, stock inventory, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment while supporting technicians in the field.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, parts runner, or shop experience is a plus.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts, equipment, and materials to technicians in the field.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/shop environment.
• Prepare materials and equipment for technicians' daily jobs.
• Load and unload trucks with parts and equipment.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking supplies.
• Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse staff to ensure technicians receive the correct parts on time.
• Perform general shop maintenance and other warehouse duties as needed.
