Job summary

Siemens in Southaven, MS is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for full-time or part-time roles. You will help maintain a clean, safe work area and support packing, auditing, and material movement to keep the distribution center running smoothly.

We offer shifts including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with a pay rate of $15.50 per hour and a $0.75 differential for evening shifts. Candidates should have warehouse experience and be able to lift 40 lb continuously.

Qualifications

• Lift at least 40lbs with or without accommodation.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• 2+ years in a high-volume distribution center or large retail.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Pack, audit, housekeeping, and support general operations.
• Maintain productivity and team focus.
• Report equipment, order, inventory, or process issues.
• Assist with picking, cycle counting, receiving, and returns.
