Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Southaven, MS location. This role supports picking, packing, auditing, receiving, and cycle counting in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates maintain safety standards, hold forklift certification, and can lift 40 lbs. SAP knowledge and a high school diploma are preferred. Positions include multiple shifts with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Understanding of warehouse SOPs
• Able to lift 40 lbs with/without accommodation
• Experience in distribution center or large retail
• Able to work in non-climatized warehouse
• Stand Up Counterbalance Dock Stocker Truck
• Able to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Motivated team player who respects diversity
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the work area
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently
• Maintain forklift certification
• Support picking, packing/auditing, loading, replenishment, cycle counting, and receiving/put-away
• Report equipment, order, inventory, or process issues to supervisor or lead
• Interact with inbound/outbound staff to resolve open issues
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
