Job summary

Adecco is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Southaven, MS to support warehouse operations. You will receive shipments, stock, pick/pack, ship, and manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems to ensure accuracy. A safe, efficient workspace and adherence to policies are expected.

Several shifts are available with mandatory overtime possible; pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.50 per hour plus benefits and development courses through Adecco Aspire Academy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply; warehouse experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, stock shelves, pick/pack orders, ship and manage inventory.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to ensure accuracy.
• Safely load, unload and move merchandise throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Support team to meet daily goals and improve workflow.
