Primary purpose: To receive, process, and coordinate product pick-up and delivery for interior products, properly staging and maintaining warehouse inventory (Cabinets, Carpet, Vinyl, Tile, Wood, Laminate Floor & laminate CT). Ensure accurate inventory management, efficient scheduling, and safe transport of materials to job sites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate product pick-up from vendors, organize and stage warehouse materials for easy access and processing.
- Inventory Management: Log products into the Inventory Management System accurately, prepare materials for customer orders, and maintain readiness for delivery or pick-up.
- Operations Management: Oversee movement of goods, prioritize efficiency, and safely deliver products to job sites.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Adjust schedules for urgencies and solve problems independently with good judgment.
- Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with team, vendors, and customers, maintaining professionalism.
- Safety: Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
- Driving Requirements: Valid driver's license, clean record, pass DOT physical, and ability to operate company vehicle.
- Other Responsibilities: Maintain a clean work area and perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, goal orientation, pressure handling, equipment operation skills, attention to detail, and physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Preferred: Construction knowledge/experience, high school diploma/GED, basic Microsoft Office skills.
