Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals with the skills and vision to help build a better tomorrow. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment to enable your teammates to perform their duties effectively.

Responsibilities

• Packing, auditing, housekeeping (removal of waste and debris), equipment sanitization, and general operational support (e.g., re-supplying materials, box making, material movement with pallet jack).
• Maintain productivity and focus within the team.
• Report equipment, order, inventory, or process issues to supervisors.
• Coordinate with various staff to resolve open issues.
• Other duties as assigned, including picking, cycle counting, receiving, and returns.

Work Schedule

Full Time: Monday - Friday, with shifts at 7:00am - 3:30pm, 3:00pm - 11:30pm, and 11:00pm - 7:30am.

Part-Time: Saturday & Sunday, 5:00am - 3:00pm.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in high-volume distribution or large retail operations.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Career Readiness Certificate (CRC).
• Knowledge of SAP or PKMS warehouse management systems.
• 2-3 years of direct operations experience.
