Job summary

EnviroVantage, Inc. is seeking an experienced warehouse support individual to join the team across our locations in Haverhill, MA, and neighboring NH sites.

You will handle day-to-day warehouse tasks, manage tools and equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy to support project execution. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, repairs, safety inspections, and coordinating with teammates to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be able to fix and repair small tools and equipment, using videos as a reference when needed.
• Experience in construction and/or environmental remediation is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving record is required.
• OSHA 10 certification is required or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional internal customer service by promptly fulfilling work orders.
• Load and unload tools and small equipment trailers.
• Organize, maintain, and repair equipment; schedule repairs if needed.
• Accurately track inventory in EnviroVantage systems to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with team to keep operations efficient.
• Perform pre- and post-trip truck inspections and maintain maintenance records.
• Keep warehouse clean and safe for all staff.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable individual to join the EnviroVantage team supporting the day-to-day tasks of our warehouses in Haverhill, MA, Epping, NH and Northwood, NH.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional internal customer service by promptly and accurately fulfilling worksite job orders


• Load and unload tools and small equipment trailers


• Organize, maintain, and repair equipment and schedule equipment repair if unable to complete internally


• Accurately track information in the EnviroVantage computer system to ensure inventory accuracy


• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations


• Performs pre and post truck inspections, maintain truck maintenance records, and notify management of any safety issues


• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and common areas to ensure an orderly and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Ability to fix and repair small tools and equipment (with use of videos as a resource to repair)


• Experience in the construction and/or environmental remediation field


• Driver’s License and clean 5-year driving record

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work


• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment
