Job summary

EnviroVantage is seeking an experienced warehouse support team member to assist with day-to-day operations across our facilities in Haverhill, MA, and nearby locations in NH. Responsibilities include handling work orders, loading/unloading tools, and keeping inventory accurate.

The role requires practical experience in construction or environmental remediation, a valid driver’s license, and OSHA 10 certification.

Qualifications

• Able to fix and repair small tools and equipment using videos as a resource.
• Experience in construction and/or environmental remediation field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving record.
• OSHA 10 certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal customer service by fulfilling worksite job orders.
• Load and unload tools and small equipment trailers.
• Organize, maintain, and repair equipment; schedule repairs if needed.
• Accurately track inventory in EnviroVantage computer system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform pre- and post-truck inspections and maintain maintenance records.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and a safe work environment.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable individual to join the EnviroVantage team supporting the day-to-day tasks of our warehouses in Haverhill, MA, Epping, NH and Northwood, NH.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional internal customer service by promptly and accurately fulfilling worksite job orders
• Load and unload tools and small equipment trailers
• Organize, maintain, and repair equipment and schedule equipment repair if unable to complete internally
• Accurately track information in the EnviroVantage computer system to ensure inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Performs pre and post truck inspections, maintain truck maintenance records, and notify management of any safety issues
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and common areas to ensure an orderly and safe work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to fix and repair small tools and equipment (with use of videos as a resource to repair)
• Experience in the construction and/or environmental remediation field
• Driver’s License and clean 5-year driving record
• OSHA 10

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment
