Job summary

Wilen Florida is seeking a Warehouse Assistant. The ideal candidate will drive within the warehouse, moving product and staging for the production department.

As a direct marketing company, there are times when client deadlines dictate additional work hours. Our employees are expected to be available beyond standard work hours when necessary.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50lbs continuously.
• Stand for 8-12 hour shifts.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Frequent lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operation of a reach truck to load and unload shipments
• Staging materials within the warehouse
• Documenting incoming and outgoing shipments
• Locate product within the warehouse facility
• Complete all job functions following proper safety requirements
• Recycling plastic using the baler machine
• Taking bales off and monitoring the baler machine
• Picking up debris from the parking lot
• Picking up debris from warehouse
• Loading & unloading pallets with riding pallet jacks and forklifts.

Wilen Florida is seeking a Warehouse Assistant. The ideal candidate will drive within the warehouse, moving product and staging for the production department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All lawful directives of your supervisor or a member of Company management.

• Operation of a reach truck to load and unload shipments
• Staging materials within the warehouse
• Documenting incoming and outgoing shipments
• Locate product within the warehouse facility
• Complete all job functions following proper safety requirements
• Recycling plastic using the baler machine
• Taking bales off and monitoring the baler machine
• Picking up debris from the parking lot
• Picking up debris from warehouse
• Loading & unloading pallets with riding pallet jacks and forklifts.

Physical Requirements of Position

• Frequent lifting / Lifting up to 50lbs on occasion
• Stooping, bending, grasping, and twisting frequently
• Push/Pull/Reach
