Job summary

Custom staffing is seeking an Assembly Operator for a local facility in Bluffton, OH. This is a 1st shift position with the pay rate of $15.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include assembling parts with high quality, reading a tape measure, operating power tools, and working in a team to meet customer demands. Forklift certification is required to move assembled parts and comply with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to assemble parts with a high level of quality.
• Capable of reading a tape measure accurately.
• Operate power tools (drills, impacts, ratchets, saws, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Quality focused: pay close attention to detail to meet customer demands.
• Willing to cross train.
• Blueprint reading is a plus.
• Must have good math and calculating skills.
• Must receive forklift certification to move assembled parts.
• Observe all safety guidelines.
• Assist or fill in for other employees as directed.
• Maintain a neat and orderly workplace.
