Job summary

Wabtec in Oak Creek, Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Operations team and ensure parts and customer orders flow efficiently to their final destination.

You will perform Shipping and Receiving, inventory support, and related tasks, including cycle counts, pulling and stocking parts, proper loading of goods, and ensuring accurate paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Ability to learn an RF system.
• Forklift experience preferred (stand up reach truck).
• Proficiency with Word & Excel required.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic needed.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Self-starter with time-management skills.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive finished equipment and components.
• Cycle count inventory.
• Pull and stock parts in warehouse locations.
• Oversee loading and handling of goods and materials.
• Maintain supplies for shipments and verify packing slips.
• Document damaged goods and report discrepancies to management.
• Monitor inventory records and report discrepancies.
