Job summary

SURESTAFF is actively seeking a Warehouse Assembler (Manufacturing) in Plano, TX to join a large client’s core operations. The role involves assembling, packaging, and ensuring quality of metal doors and frames, while operating machinery and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

Compensation is $18 per hour with benefits including health insurance, plus generous referral bonuses. Shifts are Monday–Friday 6:00am–3:30pm with overtime on a first‑come, first‑served basis, and this role is

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Read a tape measure.
• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembling, machine operating, material handling, and inspecting functions for metal doors and frames.
• Perform pre‑assembly set‑up and functions as required.
• Maintain work area and equipment by proper cleaning and organizing.
• Ensure product and process quality through appropriate inspection and packing process.
• Maintain efficiency and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Stack, pack, count, and label completed parts that are ready for distribution.

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Warehouse Assemblers (Manufacturing) for a large, well‑known client in Plano, TX.

As an Assembler (Manufacturing), you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality product is produced, assembled, packaged, and ready for delivery to the end customer.

The Assembler (Manufacturing) is responsible for operating machinery for the purpose of assembling, manufacturing, and/or packaging product. Ideal candidates will be self‑motivated, make safety a priority, and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp‑to‑hire employees are offered competitive compensation $18/Hour as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include Monday‑Friday 6am‑3:30pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.
