Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a bachelor's or master's degree.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program for Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead shifts, conduct huddles, and communicate with leadership.
• Coordinate with support teams to remove roadblocks.
