Job summary

Philips is seeking a Warehouse and Production Operator to execute labeling and outbound shipping per approved work orders and procedures. You will set up equipment, perform data entry in SAP MES and SAP ERP, and ensure accurate outbound documentation while maintaining traceability.

Job Title Warehouse and Production Operator

Job Description Execute product labeling and outbound shipping activities according to approved work orders and documented procedures, ensuring compliance with quality, patient safety, environmental, and customer requirements. Set up and adjust equipment as needed to meet manufacturing specifications and performance standards. Accurately complete production, shipping, and inventory transactions in SAP MES and SAP ERP while maintaining detailed records that support traceability, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts. Verify the accuracy and completeness of outbound orders, including materials, quantities, labels, and documentation, and promptly elevate any discrepancies or nonconformities to prevent shipment delays or quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse operations, workflow efficiency, and inventory management through data-driven continuous improvement initiatives and problem resolution. Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment by adhering to safety, security, and environmental standards, communicating operational disruptions, and supporting overall facility housekeeping and team effectiveness.

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is $24.00-$27.00 per hour. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you’ll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
