Job summary

Philips is seeking a New Product Introduction Pilot Operator III for our Plymouth, MN facility. The role involves operating development equipment to assemble and process development products, and supporting process definition and documentation in a regulated GMP setting.

First shift, Monday–Thursday, 5am–3:30pm, onsite with cross-team collaboration. Prior cleanroom assembly experience and microscope use are preferred, with strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs essential.

Job description

New Product Introduction Pilot Operator III

This role will be supporting new production introduction projects at our Plymouth, MN facility.

Your role
  • Operate development equipment for the purpose of assembling and processing development products
  • Assist the development teams to define process procedures and the process parameters
  • Measuring and recording process parameters once established
  • Accurately documenting all required entries in the Lot History Record
  • Complying with Good Manufacturing Processes with regard to material labeling, SOPs, and proper segregation of material in the production process

Shift and location

First shift role working Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an onsite role.

Philips Transparency Details
  • Pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $20.00 to $30.00, plus overtime eligibility.
  • Base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
  • Other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.

  • U.S. work authorization is a precondition of employment.
