Philips is seeking a New Product Introduction Pilot Operator III for our Plymouth, MN facility. The role involves operating development equipment to assemble and process development products, and supporting process definition and documentation in a regulated GMP setting.
First shift, Monday–Thursday, 5am–3:30pm, onsite with cross-team collaboration. Prior cleanroom assembly experience and microscope use are preferred, with strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs essential.
This role will be supporting new production introduction projects at our Plymouth, MN facility.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an onsite role.
