Job summary

NextLink seeks a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations in Hudson Oaks, TX. You will handle shipping, receiving, and RMA processing, while maintaining an organized, safe environment and assisting with inventory control.

The role requires reliable, independent work, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. Typical hours are 7am–4pm, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Warehouse experience preferred and a safety-focused mindset.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive goods; manage RMAs for faulty equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and safe work area.
• Operate forklift safely and manage inventory levels.
• Pull equipment for new tower sites and program equipment as needed.
• Document and report any hazards or incidents.

Responsible for day to day operations of the warehouse, such as, ordering, receiving deliveries, programming equipment and the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Pay: $17-$18 an hour

Essential Functions:

• Shipping
• Receiving
• RMAs of faulty equipment
• Maintain a clean warehouse
• Operate a forklift safely
• Ordering and maintaining inventory minimum quantities
• Pull needed equipment from inventory for new tower sites
• Program equipment as needed
• Keep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean, including outside areas
• Prevent access to warehouse from unauthorized personnel
• Loading and unloading boxes/trucks/pallets
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffoldings, ramps, poles and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms

• Frequently moving, transporting, positioning objects of 50 pounds or more

Working Hours/Days:

• Monday through Friday
• 7am – 4pm

• Overtime if necessary

Travel Requirements:

• 0-10% travel required as needed
