Job summary

Valley Imports, a subsidiary of Wallwork Inc., is seeking a warehouse/delivery driver to join our Fargo team. The role involves loading/unloading, stocking parts, preparing orders for delivery, and maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Office skills and customer service are valued as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload Semi Trailers and box trucks using the loading dock.
• Check-in freight and stock parts in the correct warehouse locations.
• Pick orders, package, and invoice.
• Cycle count parts and verify against the online system.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Occasional in-state delivery/pickup in the Bismarck/Minot area.
• Prepare parts for deliveries and maintain vehicles.

Job description

$18-$23/hr. Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (hours may vary, flexibility to adjust schedule as needed).

JOB SUMMARY

The responsibilities for the warehouse position include verifying and stocking incoming parts and shipments into the warehouse and prepare parts for delivery, in a timely manner, adhere to company-wide safety standards, work well within a team, and maintain regular attendance. This role requires an H.S. diploma or equivalent; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to pass a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle report required.

Education and/or years’ experience required:

• H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable):

• No supervisory responsibilities required with this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES

• Load and unload Semi Trailers and box trucks using the loading dock.
• Check-in freight and put parts away in the correct location in the warehouse.
• Pick orders, package, and invoice.
• Cycle count parts ensuring counts are correct compared to the online business system.
• Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Occasional in-state delivery and pickup of parts in the Bismarck/Minot area.
• Safely and properly prepare parts for deliveries.
• Keep company vehicles clean and maintained.
• Completes vehicle safety checks per Company policy and operates the vehicle within safety guidelines; immediately reports any safety concerns or Company Policy violations to management.
• Verify inventory with paperwork.
• Load and unload part orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming parts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable).
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending meetings; educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.
• Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
• Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
• Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrates the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
