What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Analyst? You’ll be:

• Monitoring and tracking inbound shipments to ensure timely receipt of inventory.
  
• Keeping track of product returns to ensure they’re handled promptly and accurately.
  
• Preparing inventory audit reports and assisting with physical reconciliation.
  
• Managing Department Inventory (DI) and preparing quarterly reports.
  
• Monitoring staging operations to ensure orders are picked and prepared for shipment.
  
• Tracking outbound shipments to ensure they are processed within a two-day window.
  
• Processing and tracking insurance claims for any damaged or lost products.

• Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  
• Have SAP and Warehouse Management System experience.
