Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of office or admin experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve zone tracking issues.
• Assist with reporting and data collection.
• Schedule equipment maintenance and coordinate supplies.
• Process/reconcile vendor invoices.
• Upload SOPs to the QMS.
• Maintain ISO procedures and SOP formats.
• Prepare daily/weekly status reports with supervision.
