Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Springfield, MO is seeking a clerical teammate to provide essential support to the warehouse operations. You will enter daily receipts, maintain logs, process shipments, manage bin locations, assist with inbound freight coordination, and handle general office tasks.

You will work closely with the receiving and returns teams, perform data entry with 10-key, typing, and basic computer tasks, and contribute to a smooth distribution center workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• 10-key and typing ability with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Input daily items received and maintain accurate entry.
• Log and assign batch numbers to incoming shipments and UPS/RPS log book.
• Check daily received shipments and edit for errors and make corrections.
• Make bin location changes as needed.
• Assist receiving in scheduling inbound freight.
• Maintain the reserve location system.
• Assist returns with clerical duties and process credits.
• Check credit edit report for errors and file tickets.
