Job description

Parallel Employment is excited to announce an opening for an Administrative Assistant within a Quality Department who will support both the administrative and quality assurance activities of the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance

Shift: 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay: $22.00per hour

Job location: Racine, WI

Job Type: short-term, temp

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize quality documentation and records.
  • Schedule audits, trainings, and quality-related meetings.
  • Support audit preparation and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with quality reporting and data entry into QMS.
  • Monitor training records and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide general administrative support to the quality team.
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous administrative experience, ideally in a warehouse (quality department) environment
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience with inventory management software is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
