Job summary

Norican Group is seeking a Warehouse Administrator in LaGrange, GA to ensure accurate documentation for outgoing shipments and to manage inbound shipments in the ERP and WMS systems. The role involves data entry, packing, and coordinating with carriers to schedule pickups.

You will handle Bills of Lading, freight charges, and maintain orderly warehouse records, while supporting a safe and efficient operation. Evening/weekend flexibility is required and prior AX/WMS exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Educational background: High School Diploma or GED.
• Three to five years related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook); Willingness to train in AX ERP and WMS.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pick/pack documents for outgoing shipments and add freight charges to orders.
• Process Bills of Lading (BOLs) and assist with UPS shipping line as needed.
• Manage inbound Czech and Castalloy shipments in the system.
• Enter inventory data into WMS or databases using keyboard or handheld scanner.
• Filing and reporting: organize invoices, packing slips, and shipping records.
