Job summary

Norican Group is seeking a Warehouse Administrator in the United States (Georgia/LaGrange area) to efficiently prepare pick/pack documents for shipments, add freight charges, and process Bills of Lading. The role supports UPS shipments and inbound Czech and Castalloy shipments in our warehouse operations.

You will perform data entry in WMS, file and report, communicate with suppliers and departments, and ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Willingness to learn AX ERP and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry and Documentation: enter inventory data into WMS/databases with keyboard or handheld scanner.
• Filing and Reporting: organize files, invoices, shipping records and reports.
• Communication: handle calls and emails; coordinate with suppliers and other departments.
• Customer Service: respond to inquiries and provide order status support.
• Receiving Shipments: verify quantities; document damages or shortages.
• Inventory Control: perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Organization and Storage: label and store items safely and accessibly.
• Order Fulfilment: pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment accurately.
• Shipping/Receiving Logistics: load/unload trucks and generate shipping labels.
• Safety and Cleanliness: maintain a safe and tidy workspace.
