Job summary

ICU Medical Inc is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily receiving, storing, picking, and order preparation for shipment of finished goods. The role requires leadership to drive productivity and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with warehouse management systems (Oracle EBS), proficiency in MS Office, and forklift operation, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an Associate Degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Associate Degree preferred in a related field.
• 5 years warehousing experience with demonstrated leadership traits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse servicers and track productivity and errors.
• Resolve inventory issues related to accuracy, shortages, overages, or damages.
• Maintain high safety standards across operations.
• Adapt to service demands and plan accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate daily shipping requirements through teamwork.
• Route fleets and supervise dock operations for inbound/outbound trucks.
• Collaborate with LTL carriers and parcel shipments.
• Prepare bills of lading, consolidate orders, create manifests, and prioritize loads.
• Handle special assignments as they arise.
