Job summary

A&B Process Systems JBT MAREL CORPORATION is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of goods at our Stratford, Wisconsin facility. You will ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment while following safety policies.

Responsibilities include unloading/loading trucks, organizing inventory, preparing shipping documents, and participating in regular cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems are expected.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are important.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.

• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
